• AIC Inc. is an electronic security systems integration company with its offices located in Stafford, Texas with operations throughout Texas and Louisiana.  Since 1992, AIC has demonstrated expertise in the design, construction, assembly, testing, installation and maintenance of comprehensive electronic systems for commercial clients.

• AIC is proud of its reputation and integrity as a vendor of solutions using cost effective, integrated electronic systems.  Systems installed by AIC range from small stand-alone, to large seamlessly integrated systems using client-server, network software applications.  While AIC has handled countless small installations, our strength lies in our ability to effectively complete complex projects using the diverse range of technologies available.

• Since inception, AIC’s underlying commitment to excellence has been the driving force in attaining solutions to our client’s needs. This commitment has resulted in many highly regarded installations throughout Texas. Our clients represent a diverse group of firms from a host of different industries benefiting from our experience in integrating access control, intrusion detection and closed circuit television.

• Service is the foundation of AIC’s philosophy. To meet the needs of our customer base, AIC offers innovative hardware service support agreements that guarantee response to your trouble calls. We established "24 hour" service because our customers needed that type of response. We have made a substantial investment in our service department.

• Following initial technical training, our technicians are factory-trained on the systems we service. In most cases we insist that on-site training be provided by suppliers before we take on a new product. Moreover, we send our technicians to the factory for more in-depth training when it is beneficial.

• We maintain an extensive spares inventory to enable returning systems to operation in minimum time. Service kits are organized for each particular system and consistently maintained in a ready state.  Our loaner stock is comprehensive and substantial. For example, we try to provide loaner cameras, monitors, and even video recorders when your equipment has to be removed for service.

• AIC turnkeys an entire project including all facets of the hardware (parking gates, CCTV, access control, intercom, etc.), project management, engineering, installation, locking hardware, and follow-up service. The benefit to our customers is that they have one point of contact for the entire project.
