Our new monitoring station is an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed monitoring station with CVSU and UUFX ratings.

All monitoring systems are compliant with standards UL 827 and NFPA 72.  With all these inspections passed, this monitoring station far exceeds the minimums.  For example, the required "hot redundant" alarm automation computer system is available as well as a third "cold redundant" system is in place in case of any emergency where both running machines are damaged.

All systems are protected by large UPS power systems, two natural gas generators, and two back-up air conditioning units (15 tons) in case of failure.

This 20,000 square ft. UL Listed  monitoring station is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including the Sur-Gard MLR-2000 Virtual Receiver.  This receiver (UL Listed) is the finest alarm receiver available today and its premiere technology has replaced all other alarm receivers. 

What is most unique about this receiver is that the device receives alarm signals on any one of multiple line cards so there are no busy signals. 

The system also features primary and secondary processors and power supplies which in case of failure, the system automatically switches to its backup.  There is also a third backup (cold redundant) Sur-Gard in case of any catastrophic failures.
